We sat down with Matthew Carter, Business Office Administration instructor at SJVC Visalia, to discuss some tips for anyone who is looking to build a framework of business knowledge and skills that can adapt to any company’s operation.
With two master’s degrees in business and years of first-hand experience, Matthew understands all the skills required to start a business and keep growing it with marketing, customer service, social media, and other fundamentals such as accounting and managing employees.
