Resume Building
How to prepare your resume, types of resumes, parts of a resume, cover letters
At SJVC, our Career Services team at each of our campuses works with every student on job-search strategies, job-market orientation, resume writing and interviewing techniques. Our services are available to all active students and graduates. We are committed to helping you achieve your career goals from your first day of class, which is why we partner with local employers to assist you in finding an entry-level position when you graduate.
Whether you recently graduated from high school, or are making a mid-career change, we can help. No matter what field you are interested in, after learning the necessary skills, we may be able to connect you with a local employer for an interview.
We are here for you!
