Employee Tuition Discount Program – provides employees with 100% tuition discount to attend a San Joaquin Valley College or Carrington College program.

Our commitment to fostering a thriving workplace includes ensuring that our employees have access to comprehensive health benefits facilitating their mental and physical well-being. We incentivize employees to make healthy choices. Employees earn up to $300 for completing preventive screenings and may earn additional monies for attaining fitness goals through our motion program.
